Welcome to the website of Luke Bennett BA Hons, professional wedding and events photographer based in Solihull, UK.

As a professional photographer, I provide coverage primarily throughout Solihull, Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire as well as the wider West Midlands and the whole of the UK, from time to time.
My Style
My approach to wedding photography and events can be described as spontaneous, candid and of the photojournalist style. I like to be non-intrusive and to cover the happenings of your big day or event as they unfold, telling the story with realism, heart and emotion.
I love making sure I get all the normal, beautiful, staged shots most people anticipate, but I believe the unplanned and unexpected moments often make for the best photographs.
I like to express vivid yet realistic colours which hold onto a timeless beauty and won’t look dated or end up victim to changing photo fashions in the years to come.
I want the photos you didn’t expect, to become your favourites and I want to document the parts of your day that you might be too preoccupied to see or remember! Above all else, I want to produce stunning pictures that we can both be proud of.

On a personal level, photography has been a passion of mine since the age of 8, when my parents gave me my first film camera and I caught the bug - the excitement of capturing a specific moment in time, creating memories, creating art - I took those feelings and ran with them, to the point where now I can’t imagine not having photography in my life.
